Commercial pressure washing for properties that get judged from the parking lot
HOAs, storefronts, plazas, restaurants and offices. One-time cleans or a recurring schedule, a certificate of insurance the same day you ask, and a written proposal usually within a day.
The first thing anyone sees on the way in
A community entrance sign and its wall, both cleaned the same day. Black mildew off the concrete caps, stucco back to an even color, brick back to red. Soft washed so nothing was etched or stripped.

Commercial pressure washing and soft washing
Entrance signs and monument walls, perimeter walls, clubhouse and amenity exteriors, pool decks, sidewalks and mailbox kiosks.
Walkways, entrances, gum and grime on high-traffic concrete, and the storefront itself.
Dumpster pads, drive-thru lanes and patios, with degreaser and drains covered.
Soft wash for stucco, painted block, siding, awnings and roofs. No pressure on the finish.
Degreaser and filter bags over the storm drains, so the runoff stays where it belongs.
Sidewalks, entrances and exteriors on a schedule that suits when people are not there.
One-time and recurring, side by side, so you can see what the schedule saves
Send photos of the areas and the address. Most properties can be quoted without a site visit.
You get both prices in writing: a one-time clean, and an All-Inclusive recurring schedule that costs less per visit.
Insurance paperwork the same day. General liability with property damage, slip and fall, ladder and roof coverage. Additional insured on request.
One point of contact. The proposal, the schedule and any problem all go through the owner, not a call center.
Where commercial work is done
Hudson, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel and the rest of Pasco County, plus Spring Hill and north Tampa Bay. Bigger or multi-site properties further out: ask.
Commercial questions
Do you do commercial pressure washing?
Yes. Houghton Pressure Washing cleans HOA and community common areas, entrance signs and walls, storefronts and plaza walkways, building exteriors, dumpster pads and sidewalks across Pasco County and the north side of Tampa Bay.
Can you put us on a recurring schedule?
Yes, and most commercial properties should be on one. Every proposal shows a one-time price and a recurring price side by side. The recurring tier is All-Inclusive and costs less per visit than booking one-offs.
Can I get a certificate of insurance?
Yes, the same day you ask. Houghton Pressure Washing is a Florida LLC with general liability that includes property damage, slip and fall, and ladder and roof coverage. If you need to be named as additional insured, say so when you ask.
Can you work around our business hours?
Tell me your hours and when foot traffic is lightest, and the job is planned around them so customers and residents are not walking through wet work.
What about runoff and storm drains?
On jobs with oily concrete or drains nearby, like fuel pads, drive-thrus and dumpster pads, storm drains are covered with filter bags and the concrete gets a degreaser rather than plain water and pressure.
Do you soft wash building exteriors and roofs?
Yes. Stucco, painted block, siding, awnings and roofs get a soft wash, low pressure and a cleaning solution, so nothing gets forced behind the finish or stripped. Concrete is the only surface that regularly gets real pressure.
How do I get a price?
Text photos of the areas and the address to (727) 809-1499, or use the form on this page. You get a written proposal back, usually within a day, with no site visit needed for most properties.
